Principal's Massage

Our goal at Fatima Fertilizer School is to provide an enriching, engaging, and challenging curriculum that will prepare students for success while at Fatima Fertilizer School and for the years that follow. We believe that students, parents, and teachers all play a vital role in helping students reach their greatest potential. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the many resources and opportunities available to them including the library, computer labs, school spirit days, student council, Peer Buddies, team building activities, after school academic and athletic offerings, and teachers.
At Fatima Fertilizer School, we recognize that social/emotional development is as essential to student success as academics
The foundation for our students’ success is based on the partnership among students, staff, and parents. Active parent participation is essential to our success. Please contact any member of your child's team or our dedicated PTO Executive Board for information on how you can support our work. Teachers provide a nurturing environment in which young adolescents can learn, take risks, and thrive. Their work, in partnership with our parent community, has and will continue to support us to fulfill our school mission:
“… to provide a middle school educational experience where high academic standards challenge all students to reach their full potential as life-long learners and creative problem solvers. With a collaborative effort among school, family, and community, we will expect increased independence and hold students accountable to models of behavior that encourage core values promoting empathy and responsibility. Our purpose will be achieved by fostering mutual respect in a safe environment where the arts and sciences unite to produce young people of strong, compassionate character capable of success in a diverse world.”

I look forward to working with you and your children during the 2015-2016 school year. Please do not hesitate to contact me at any time; our continued success is dependent on your feedback.

Windows 10

Windows 10 is a personal computer operating system released by Microsoft as part of the Windows NT family of operating systems. It was officially unveiled in September 2014 following a brief demo at Build 2014. The first version of the operating system entered a public beta testing process in October 2014, leading up to its consumer release on July 29, 2015,[4] and its release to volume licensing on August 1, 2015. To encourage the adoption of Windows 10, Microsoft announced that during its first year of availability, the operating system would be made available free of charge to users of genuine copies of eligible editions of Windows 7 or Windows 8.1.
Windows 10 introduces what Microsoft described as a "universal" application architecture; expanding on Metro-style apps, these apps can be designed to run across multiple Microsoft product families with nearly identical code—including PCs,tabletssmartphonesembedded systemsXbox OneSurface Hub and HoloLens. The Windows user interface was revised to handle transitions between a mouse-oriented interface and a touchscreen-optimized interface based on available input devices—particularly on 2-in-1 PCs; both interfaces include an updated Start menu that blends elements of Windows 7's traditional Start menu with the tiles of Windows 8. The first release of Windows 10 also introduces a virtual desktop system, a window and desktop management feature called Task View, the Microsoft Edge web browser, support for fingerprint and face recognition login, new security features for enterprise environments, and DirectX 12 and WDDM 2.0 to improve the operating system's graphics capabilities for games.
